The difference between the industrialized nations and the undeveloped ones is the level of ICT usage, as the developed countries are on the fastest track developing software and hardware in the computer enclave, and the success in using these technologies depends solely on the knowledge. The millennium development goals set by the United Nations Would be unattainable without the application and usage of ICT programmes.
